Mr. Flint is a Senior Associate Attorney with Hefley Law, APC. He is a graduate of California State University, Los Angeles, obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in English. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Western State University College of Law. Mr. Flint comes to Hefley Law, APC with nearly a decade of workers’ compensation defense experience, previously litigating all aspects of worker’s compensation cases on behalf of self-insured employers, third-party administrators and insurance carriers. Previously, Mr. Flint was a Deputy Public Defender with the San Bernardino County PD's office. With his experience as a public defender, Nick is not afraid of litigious cases, but also understands the value of a win-win situation. Mr. Flint has represented clients ranging from self insured entities, small locally owned businesses, to Fortune 500 companies and CIGA. He has represented the interests of all major insurance carriers and TPA's in the past. |
