Samuel Santos is an associate attorney in our Los Angeles area office. He passionately defends the interests of self-insured employers, TPA's and insurance carriers in all areas of workers’ compensation law. He has practiced exclusively in the field of workers’ compensation since 2015 and is experienced in all phases of workers’ compensation litigation. He previously worked as a WC defense attorney for Hanna Brophy.
Mr. Santos earned his law degree from Whittier Law School in 2014. During law school, Mr. Santos’ work experience included interning for the Honorable Cheri Pham at the Orange County Superior Court and working as a law clerk for a private defense firm defending public entities and law enforcement. While in law school he was a member of the Moot Court and Trial Advocacy Honors Board and competed at the University of Buffalo criminal moot court competition. Prior to law school, Mr. Santos received his undergraduate degree in political science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
During his off time he likes to spend time with his wife and family.
