Nicholas Chow is an Attorney at Hefley Law, where he focuses on workers’ compensation defense. He brings a strong background in legal research, contract analysis, and litigation support, developed through multiple legal internships and academic achievements. Nicholas earned his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, where he was awarded the Wildman/Schumacher Scholarship for academic excellence. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside. Before joining Hefley Law, Nicholas gained hands-on litigation and legal research experience through his internships: • LeFan Law – Conducted legal analysis on employment agreements and breach of contract claims, reviewed and edited performance agreements, and drafted legal correspondence. • Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office – Assisted with depositions, worked on case settlements, and petitioned for settlement authority. • Hamrick & Evans, LLP – Supported attorneys with legal document review, research organization, and case file management. Nicholas is proficient in Westlaw research, legal drafting, and document review, with a strong foundation in contract law and litigation strategy.
